We can apply lessons learned from prior blockchain work to guide engagement with partners who extend these technologies into their industries. Forhyre seeks a Product Manager to bring clarity, generate energy and deliver success for our client in blockchain/crypto. ResponsibilitiesThis role requires someone who is highly motivated, combining exceptional strategic thinking, superior executive communication skills, project management, quantitative skills, and excellent team member skills (down, across, and up.)The Candidate In This Role Will Identify customers’ and partners’ unmet or unknown needs and market opportunities for product enhancements or development of feature(s) via analysis of various listening systems and feedback channels and of market and industry trendsHave a demonstrated track record of successful engagement with senior leaders and Customers and/or Partners on highly complex and/or ambiguous topicsDemonstrate values of integrity, accountability and respectEngage external blockchain/crypto ISVs to build on the  Cloud to enable learning and establish early winsCollaborate with internal = teams and leaders towards a shared understanding of lessons learned, opportunities, priorities, and plans - putting inclusion at the center of our interactionsSynthesize insights from the market, customers, partners, regulators, and technology trends, to help refine blockchain/crypto strategy and executionIdentify short-term and long-term investment opportunities, evaluate tradeoffs, and prioritizes investments leveraging data insights and in consultation with cross-functional partners for feature area(s) QualificationsBasic Qualifications: 8+ years of experience in product management, strategy, or business development with prior experience as a Product Manager at a SaaS company or equivalent experienceBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance or a related field, or equivalent alternative education, skills, and/or practical experienceExcellent written and spoken communication for both internal and external audiences and ability to adapt to your audience (including senior executives) Preferred Qualifications/Nice To Have Insatiable curiosity, drive to learn new topics and create clarity with stakeholdersExperience with crypto, blockchain, distributed ledgers, or web3; conceptual knowledge of modern cryptographyPositive and collaborative team player with demonstrated ability to work on cross-team projects/managing distributed stakeholders that deliver resultsFocus on helping external partners or customers to solve their adoption of productsExperience with creating or executing Go-To-Market (GTM) strategiesFinancial services backgroundExperience successfully navigating complex organizationsTrack record of strong collaboration and communication about strategy, execution, and technologyExperience with onboarding technology Partners
