I'm currently working with a company focused on developing Black-Chain, AI, and Machine software solutions looking for a Solution Support Engineer to join their Proxy Management team.
You would be the head point for their largest client, responsible for supporting 10-12 end-users troubleshooting any technical issues they may have as well as escalating and monitoring issues to a resolution.
The following experience is required for this role:
- 2+ years with SQL
- Ticketing tracking systems experience
- Enterprise B2B Tech Support and a background in the financial industry is a plus
- Must be client facing and have the ability to communicate to them through a series of outlets (phone, email, chat, etc)
