Video Cameras (metadata, video format, cameras on an airplane, onviv, SDI, HDMI, Analog, H264, H265)
Understands video and how to distribute it (understand protocol level of video and how it moves - Movie Industry, Onviv cameras, transmitting over the internet)
Tracking (beacons, low power blue tooth, ODB2 connections, tracking of airplanes, boats, this is more putting a physcial device on vehicles to track them)
IoT (schneider folks would be good for this)
Cloud Architecture experience with one or some of the following: Alibaba, Google Cloud, AWS, Azure
Sensors (hyperspectral, familiar with the use of sensors - look for DoD/Agriculture experience, understand how the tech is used)
Phone/Mobile architecture
Understanding of Software functionality from the requirements level
Video Services in Azure or Amazon
Blockchain
NIST and ISO standards
Networking protocols TCP/IP, DNS, etc
Ability to create UML Model
