BNY Mellon Enterprise Digital Assets team drives the strategy, design, and execution of Digital Asset initiatives in the bank. To this end, we are looking for a Technical Product manager to join the Enterprise Digital Asset and help build the next generation of product and solutions. Responsibilities: Analyze client requirements and develop new products within our Digital Assets ecosystem and work closely with the stakeholders - Operations, Technology, Risk, Compliance, etc. from ideation to delivery Help drive and execute against the product roadmap, play a key role in the product planning process Work closely with engineers in laying out and designing system architecture to align with product objectives and ensure successful delivery on time and with high quality Manage engineering backlog, define user stories, help unblock engineers by making product and technical decisions Research and dive deep into the blockchain ecosystem and technology to understand and define new features and products Track and report on progress of features and product performance with key stakeholders Preferred Skills: 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager on technical products Strategic thinker with strong analytics, structured thinking, and problem-solving skills Proven Subject Matter Expertise with distributed infrastructure and architectures, blockchain technologies, and decentralized services Experience with building wallet infrastructure, Web3, DeFi, or other blockchain projects Experience working in full stack web development and/or app development and contribute to codebase Strong knowledge of Smart Contract development and related technologies Understanding of agile development practices Strong written and verbal communication skills including presenting ideas in an impactful manner for senior audiences Ability to work effectively across the across stakeholders in functions and regions including building trusted partnership with and influencing senior stakeholders across the organization Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent work experience required; advanced degree is beneficial 10-12 years of related experience required; experience in the securities or financial services industry a plus #LI-Hybrid BNY Mellon is an Equal Employment Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer. The base salary for this position is expected to be between $108,000 and $208,000 per year at the commencement of employment.
