Grant Lead - Blockchain Ecosystem

My client is a blockchain ecosystem comprising over 225+ dapps/services and a TVL exceeding $40b+ on the network. The ecosystem also features an industry-leading SDK, enabling developers to effortlessly and independently launch interconnected blockchains customized to their specific requirements and needs related to their offering.

The role:

- Develop and execute the strategic vision for the grants program, aligning with the overall mission and objectives of the ecosystem community.

- Collaborate with leadership to define grant program goals, KPIs, and success metrics.

- Lead the entire grant lifecycle, from application review to post-grant monitoring, to ensure efficient and effective administration.

- Cultivate strong relationships with prospective and existing grant applicants, nurturing a network of collaborators and contributors within the ecosystem.
