Job Details

Role:

• Build, Manage and mentor a team of software engineers designing, developing, and maintaining the full-stack applications and services
• Provide the hands-on technical leadership
• Encourage and drive engineering best practices
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization such as Design, Product, Program, Integrations
• Establish team objectives and quarterly plans in alignment with business and organizational goals

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of hands-on software development experience, with at least 4+ years in front end / full stack building client-facing highly elegant, scalable and responsive web applications
• 2+ years of people management experience managing 6 or more software engineers
• Solid leadership and communication skills
• Experience with Agile development and shipping customer-facing features on a regular cadence
