COO / CFO – DLT / Blockchain / DeFi, ESG, Sustainable Finance – EMEA - Remote

COO / CFO is required to join a progressive, well-funded tech start-up on a permanent basis, offering a competitive and exciting package. This role will be fully remote and can be based anywhere in Europe (UK working hours).

The business is a progressive tech company who are doing some very innovative work incorporating distributed finance with ESG products and carbon credits. The company are partnering with some big names in the industry and are very well funded. As the business grows, they require someone with experience scaling a business (specifically with experience in successful funding rounds) to help take the company to the next level. The role is broad, and will touch upon finance & accounting, regulatory compliance, legal, operations & HR as well as general business strategy.

Key requirements:

• Finance & Accounting expertise (modelling and forecasting etc.) with specific funding round experience.
• Experience scaling up a business from an operational perspective (frameworks, working with 3rd party providers, regulatory compliance).
• Board level reporting and presenting.
