The opportunity:

We are seeking new Board Members.

#1 - Executive with a background in finance, fintech, real estate, mortgage and banking

#2 - Executive who has scaled companies

Compensation: 2,500$ for each board meeting + 1% equity end year 1, + 0.5% equity end year 2, + 0.5% equity end year 3.

Expectations:

#1 - head of private banking: to be able to map our product to all private banks in Switzerland

# 2 - a person has scaled companies: to scale from $5m revenues to $50m revenues in 3Y.

Specific industry experience: finance for both.
