Please find the Job Description below Title: Blockchain Lead Developer Duration: 12+Months Location: Alpharetta, Georgia (Hybrid Model) The Blockchain Developer Lead is responsible for leading the development.The Blockchain Developer Lead is responsible for the development and implementation of blockchain-based solutions within an organization. This position requires a strong understanding of blockchain technology and its various applications, as well as experience in leading and managing teams of developers, engineers, and other technical staff. Responsibilities: Develop and implement blockchain-based solutions that meet the organization's needs. Lead and manage a team of developers, engineers, and other technical staff. Conduct research and analysis of blockchain technology and its various applications. Identify and assess potential use cases for blockchain within the organization. Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure that blockchain solutions align with the organization's goals and ojectives. Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors to support the implementation of blockchain-based solutions. Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies related to blockchain. Requirements: Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field Extensive experience in blockchain development and implementation Strong leadership and management skills Familiarity with various blockchain platforms, such as Ethereum, Hyperledger, and Corda Experience with smart contracts, decentralized applications (dApps), and other blockchain-related tools and technologies Understanding of cryptography, consensus algorithms, and other core concepts of blockchain technology Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Regards Prashant P
