Job Duties:

• Software engineer who will develop highly secure and resilient asynchronous backend software architecture
• Ideally has a deep understanding of blockchain technology
• Architect and develop distributed systems in Rust
• Write reusable, testable, and efficient code
• Write highly secure and scalable services
• Coding standards and quality
• Testing coverage to enable continuous delivery

Required Work Skills and Qualifications:

• 7 years of professional software development experience in strongly typed languages
• Interest in cryptocurrency and blockchain technology is a must
• Production software experience with Rust preferred
• Champion for coding standards and code quality
• Ability to exercise technical and product judgment in solving roadblocks
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to collaborate, share ideas and present concepts effectively
• Self-starter, enjoy high ownership fast pace environments
• Constantly seek to improve work with low supervision

Preferred Work Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience with C++11, Rust, Go, Swift, Kotlin
• FinTech technologies
• Knowledge of Cryptography and Blockchain protocols are a plus
• Blockchain programming experience (EVM and/or Rust)
• SQL databases, Postgres and PL/pgSQL
• Open Source Contributions experience
• Advanced Degree in Computer Science is preferred
• Experience working with a Start-Up company
