Innovation & Strategic Services Technology (ISST) organization. This group plays an important foundational role enabling business & technology transformation and manages critical 'run the bank functions'.  In this role you will be responsible for full end-to-end platform initiatives & operational oversight of our portfolio of applications. You will also be required to help us enable transform the bank functions while managing run the bank functions in terms of resiliency, automation, support & maturity of application plus infrastructure stack.

As part of the Intelligent Ops Team, this role will implement, govern and reduce risk introduced with change in adherence to the Enterprise Change Management process. This position will focus on improving resiliency capabilities for critical business functions governance platform stability by implementing front-line functions to establish and maintain ECM policy and related procedures. This resource will monitor the end to end process, adoption, and ongoing compliance with change and release management policy. This role will also provide support for all Change/Release Management oversight in accordance with Regulations, Policy, Legal and other Enterprise standards.  The Team is seeking a Sr. Change/Release manager responsible for compliance with Enterprise Change Management (ECM) Policy including the leadership of cross functional/virtual teams to strategize, plan and ensure compliance with the ECM Policy across all LOB’s in WWIT.  This role is responsible for attending ECAB meetings, deployment planning meetings and the collection of data and information pertaining to the release. The Change/Release manager will also work with functional management to obtain resources, influence outcomes, address conflict and ensure alignment with WF ECM requirements. In addition, the role will be responsible for developing reporting, procedures, controls and processes consistently across the entire ISST organization to adhere to the Enterprise & Regulatory Change Management Policy. A qualified candidate will be someone who has consistently demonstrated subject matter expertise and has demonstrated the ability to collaborate across organizational boundaries. 

This individual contributor leader will partner with platform management, production support, and development teams.  They will also meet with product owners, scrum masters, and with other technology centers of excellence to ensure the highest level of service are being provided.

Responsibilities Include:
• Collect and provide ongoing project feedback to change management organization.
• Recommend process improvements alternative to roll out tools and processes.
• Develop reporting and information to measure conformance to entire processes and utilization of tools through monthly metrics.

• Head and direct collaborative efforts of release and developed management standards.
• Deliver results in less defined & constantly changing environments
• Communicate with broad and diverse audience, including technology, business and executive leaders; with an innate ability to simplify complex messages.
• Deliver senior/executive level reporting, metrics and analytics for executive action.
• Bring in engineering, operational management and sustainment capabilities for horizontal systems in various domains like ECM, Robotics Process Automation, Artificial Intelligence (AI), Innovation (Blockchain, Cloud etc.) & Enterprise Services/APIs.
• Partner to influence and support innovation & continued drive towards automation, touch less operational sustainment as a design/architecture construct working with CIO technology partners/managers
• Lead efforts for operational sustainment and reduce risks in the eco-system by aggressively pursuing safety and soundness type of actions not limited to vulnerability, patching, end of life and resiliency
• Provides operational continuity through the development, management, measurement, analysis and reporting of key change/release management service-level metrics as required by management
• Manages continuous services improvements and drives innovation to ensure SLAs and OLAs for the critical business processes, applications and partner interfaces
• Regular presentation of Change/Release performance trend analysis to technical and business Management teams.

Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years of application development and implementation experience

Desired Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • A BS/BA degree or higher
  • 7+ years of change management experience
  • 7+ years of PAC2000 Change Management experience

Other Desired Qualifications

  •  ITIL v3 Foundations Certification
