Position: Sales/Account Management
Location: New York Tri-State plus
Compensation: Base. Commission, Incentive Bonuses
Blue Horizon is presently looking for a true Self Starter, an individual who in the past has worked with minimal supervision (but with lots of guidance) and does NOT want to be considered "out of sight, out of mind”. A Sales Person who holds themselves accountable for doing the right things right all the time and who knows the meaning of transparency, "constantly” keeping management informed when challenges arise; a person adept at managing management's "fully agreed upon” expectations.
We believe an employer employee relationship is the ultimate "smart contract” where both parties are obligated and trust each other to do what's required to reach mutually defined and agreed upon goals.
- 5+ years' of experience in an IT Sales related capacity
- Prior experience working virtually in a home office
- 5+ years' of experience selling Professional Services
- Deep understanding of the Information Technology industry and the relevant stack of tools used as of this time
- MUST live in the NY Tri-State Area
